BGC Digital Home only stores what it needs to work. There is no advertising and no tracking across other apps or websites.
What is kept on your device
- Keeping you signed in
So you don't have to sign in each time you open the app.
- Your saved items and reading progress
Saved devotionals and sermons, reading progress and devotional notes. These stay on this device only and are not part of your account.
- Items you made before signing in
For example a sermon note or a child profile, if you use the app without signing in. These are not sent to BGC.
- A short-lived visit code
Used by the hosting service to count visits, as explained below.
Visit statistics
The hosting service (Lovable) records pages viewed, how long pages stay open, the type of device, an approximate country from your time zone, page-speed measurements and error reports. The app does not give it your name, email address or account, and it is not used for advertising. It is part of the hosting service and cannot be switched off in the app.
Deleting the app removes what is kept on this device. Read the Cookie & Tracking Notice
