Sometimes our bodies want to do things they shouldn't, like throw a tantrum or refuse to share. But guess what? One day, God is going to give us brand-new bodies that will fully obey Him and always do what pleases Him!
Right now, when our bodies feel weak, God has given us the Holy Spirit to live inside our hearts and help us. When you feel like being disobedient, the Holy Spirit helps you choose kindness instead.
And here is the most exciting news: One day, a loud trumpet will blow in the sky! Faster than you can blink your eyes, Jesus is going to give us our brand-new, super-special bodies. These new bodies will never get sick, never get tired, and never feel sad.
We won't even need airplanes anymore because we are going to fly right up into the clouds to meet Jesus and live with Him forever!
This is an amazing promise that all of God's children must look forward to. Praise God!
The Holy Spirit helps you choose the right thing today, and one day Jesus will give you a brand-new body to live with Him forever.
When your body wants to do the wrong thing, how can you let the Holy Spirit help you choose kindness instead?
Dear God, thank You for the Holy Spirit who helps me choose the right things today. Thank You for promising that I will get a brand-new body and will fly up into the clouds to be with Jesus forever! Amen.
